These Terms of Service govern your use of lotplug.com, operated by Sky Wholesale LLC (d/b/a lotplug). By applying for a member account or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

Access to the catalog, pricing, and ordering is limited to approved business members. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion. Accounts are for business use only and may not be shared.

2. Order requests and invoicing

Submitting a request does not charge you and does not form a binding order. After we confirm stock and lead time, we issue an invoice at the prices shown in your request. A binding order forms when your payment of that invoice is received. All sales are contracted with Sky Wholesale LLC.

3. Pricing and availability

Wholesale prices are member-only and may change until a request is accepted and invoiced. Lots are subject to supplier availability; lead times shown are estimates and confirmed per request.

4. Shipping, returns, and claims

Orders ship from the US. Shortage or damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Because lots are bulk wholesale goods, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Resale responsibility

You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your resale of purchased goods, including tax collection and platform rules. lotplug is not affiliated with or endorsed by any selling platform.
